The system will audit and control the transfer of data and documents integrating directly with systems such as Outlook, Revit and MYOB and replacing spreadsheets, word templates and Dropbox for control purposes. “We already have several systems to support our processes but they are not joined up. Union Square will provide a single window into everything that we do across all our projects.” Said Andrew. Once installed, users at Greenbox will see at a glance how any project is performing. “One interface to the company’s knowledge base, making everything available online is the promise and we are confident that’s what we will be getting!” says Andrew.
Andrew is particularly excited by the remote access aspects of the system. “When travelling you want to be on top of everything. Union Square will allow us all to work when we are away from the office as though we were in the office. Empowering all our staff to be more productive and informed whenever and wherever they are working. I will even be able to do my email filing whilst flying!”
Greenbox have been running a practice management system for many years but have felt let down by the functionality of the product and the service provided. You might think that Andrew would be ‘Once bitten, twice shy” but he is confident that life with Union Square will be different. “This is a significant investment for us and having been let down before we have had reservations about investing at this level.
