Our consultants and project managers will lead you through the key steps in the process of implementation, from definition through to configuration, change management, training, pre-live and beyond. We will help maximise your investment whilst minimising your risks.
Whether you have 10 or 10,000 users, each project is allocated a dedicated project manager who will liaise with you throughout the lifecycle of your project. They will mobilise appropriate resources and assist you in guaranteeing your project delivers the results you need.

Every business is different and while Union Square has been specifically developed for organisations in the construction industry, sometimes there is a need for bespoke development. If you have a particular requirement that is specific to your business, such as a process or API integration, our consultants and technical experts can scope and deliver specific functionality to meet your individual business' needs.
Your project manager will lead you through the definition process, provide you with specifications and coordinate our development teams to deliver your requirements. Alternatively if you have development skills in-house you can upgrade your licence and develop the systems yourself. This can be anything from small tweaks such as changing the interface, to significant additions to scope or functionality. All of this means Union Square is truly unique to your business and works just as you need it to.
When you invest in Union Square your support contract comes as standard. This means that technical help and assistance is available to your system administrators as and when you need it.
Your Project Manager will continue to be your lead consultant and act as a conduit in the immediate post “go live” period, but the day to day provision of service will be delivered by one of our multidiscipline customer teams, which include project managers, consultants and developers.
We operate a call logging system guided by quality management principles and processes. Each call is logged, monitored and forms part of a formal review process, ensuring we are constantly feeding back improvements to our development activities.
